A healthyish Lunchtime feast :D

Hello everybody,
So one thing you may not know about me is that I am a real foodie, so watch this space because I may have an EmBakes series up in a few weeks time. Anyway, I thought I'd share with you a really balanced, filling and fairly healthy lunch with you; that is something everyone should try.
My lunch
In my lunch I had some lightly salted tortilla chips, some cucumber and hummus and a coronation chicken roll. I also had a couple of chicken nuggets and cocktail sausages, but if I was to do this lunch again they would be replaced with carrots, it's just that they were in fridge and had to be finished and we didn't have any carrots at this point in time.
Okay, so I think you would enjoy this because you have a sweet and savoury combination so it really satisfies your taste buds. The coronation chicken roll has a fairly sweet taste in it due to the raisins in the filling, and the chicken is really good because it is high in protein, helping muscle growth. The cucumber and carrot (if it was there) is good because it is part of your five a day, and because you partly eat with your eyes, so the colours make you want to eat it more. Also, the hummus is good for people who aren't too keen on eating vegetables raw and on their own. Finally, the lightly salted tortilla chips are better for you than normal crisps because they are baked, and they also don't make you want to delve into more because the more salt you have the more likely you are to chain eat the crisps, that's why I have the lightly salted flavour. Not only that, but these tortillas are great for people who like a little bit of a nibble on crisps, because they still make you feel as satisfied as you would after eating a packet of fatty fried crisps.
